Simcoe County Workforce Engagement Survey (WES)

There are two options for participation in the WES.

Full WES Participant

As a full participant, your organization will receive the following:

Communication messages to engage and help your employees understand the benefits of completing the survey.
5 Full-colour 11 x 17 workplace posters. (Additional posters available at minimal cost.)
A full report with all your organization's results and comparison to the norm.
Your organizations WEI (Workforce Engagement Index).
An opportunity to be recognized as one of Simcoe County's Top 25 Most Engaged Employers.

Basic WES Participant:

As a basic participant, your organization will receive the following at no cost:

An initial communication message to help your employees understand the benefits of completing the survey.
A complimentary report summarizing the Simcoe County WES findings.
Your organizations WEI (Workforce Engagement Index).
An opportunity to be recognized as one of Simcoe County's Top 25 Most Engaged Employers.

WES Survey Features:

Option of free participation (you can decide to purchase an individual report of your results at a later time);
Competitive free (for Full Participants);
30 Questions relating to key engagement areas;
On-line survey completion by employees;
Assurance of complete confidentiality;
Results compared to a local norm (for full participants);
Communication materials to employees provided (posters provided to full participants);
Inclusion in the 2010 ranking of Top 25 Most Engaged Employers in Simcoe County.
